Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Supervise ACMV installation and ensure compliance with engineering specifications
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and design teams
- Resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions
- Manage site reports, inspection records and commissioning documents
- Oversee testing and commissioning of ACMV systems
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
- Coordinate mechanical works with other building services
- Prepare project progress reports
- Track materials, equipment and labour costs
- Support project planning and scheduling
Requirements
Applicants should have:
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- At least 2 years of site engineering experience in ACMV installation and commissioning
- Knowledge of air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, ductwork and installation practices
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Experience with project management software and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good problem-solving and attention to detail
- Professional engineering certification is an advantage
