- Automation Development: Build, test and deploy solutions using Power Automate, including cloud and desktop flows, as well as Power Apps and SharePoint lists.
- AI-Assisted Development: Use tools such as Claude and Copilot to accelerate solution development, troubleshoot problems and create supporting documentation.
- Reliability Testing: Design solutions that account for errors, failed processes, retries, notifications and alternative scenarios rather than focusing only on successful workflows.
- Documentation & Training: Prepare straightforward work instructions and training materials to help internal teams use the solutions effectively.
- Impact Measurement: Track results from completed automations, including estimated hours saved, error reduction and improvements in turnaround time.

Requirements
You may be a suitable candidate if you:
- Are currently studying or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data, Business Analytics or a related discipline.
- Have strong logical and analytical thinking skills.
- Can turn an unclear problem into structured steps, conditions and processes.
- Have practical experience with at least one automation platform, such as Power Automate, Power Apps, UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
- Have used AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot for practical problem-solving.
- Are comfortable using Excel functions including formulas, lookups and pivot tables.
- Have strong written and spoken English.
- Pay close attention to detail.
- Can work independently and ask questions when requirements are unclear.
- Can commit to the complete six-month on-site internship.
