What You’ll Do
- SOP Development: Analyse complicated healthcare workflows and transform them into accurate, practical standard operating procedures and internal documentation.
- Knowledge Base Management: Review existing documentation to identify outdated material, duplicated information, missing content and opportunities to make resources easier to navigate.
- Knowledge Support: Identify recurring questions and information gaps across operations, then address them through improved documentation or changes to existing processes.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with operations and compliance teams to ensure internal documentation reflects how processes are actually performed and remains accurate.
- Knowledge Systems Improvement: Look for ways to improve the structure and accessibility of the company’s internal knowledge ecosystem and recommend changes that make information easier for employees to use.
Requirements
Candidates should have:
- At least 3 years of experience in knowledge management, process documentation or operational enablement.
- Experience turning complex processes into clear and actionable documentation.
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking abilities.
- Experience working with documentation and workplace platforms such as Confluence, Notion, Zendesk or Google Workspace.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to manage several documentation and process-improvement projects independently.
- Experience in healthcare, technology or another regulated industry is beneficial.
