What Will You Do?
As a Kids Duo English Teacher, you will:
- Teach English through games, activities and interactive lessons.
- Work with children aged 3–12 in both small and large groups.
- Help students develop practical English communication skills.
- Create a fun, safe and welcoming learning environment.
- Lead activities such as arts and crafts, music, dance and social studies.
- Participate in outdoor programs and other educational activities.
- Use the company’s curriculum and lesson plans while adding your own creative teaching ideas.

Salary and Benefits
Teachers will receive a starting salary of:
¥250,000–¥270,000 per month, depending on experience.

Working Hours

Typical working hours fall between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, with some weekend work potentially required.
A typical shift is approximately 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Requirements
Applicants should:
- Have native-level English proficiency.
- Have at least a two-year associate degree or equivalent, or hold an unrestricted working visa.
- Be comfortable working with children.
- Be friendly, enthusiastic and team-oriented.
- Be creative and able to develop engaging activities.
- Be adaptable and comfortable working in a busy environment.
- Have a professional and self-motivated attitude.
- Have previous childcare or teaching experience, preferably.
Japanese language ability is not required for this position.
