Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Support quarterly and half-yearly business reviews with strategic partners.
- Prepare dashboards, performance metrics and analytical reports.
- Monitor vendor SLAs, quality metrics and productivity.
- Work with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Compliance and Security teams.
- Manage invoice reconciliation and partner billing.
- Track financial KPIs, spending and cost variances.
- Help resolve billing and vendor disputes.
- Support contract and Master Services Agreement management.
- Coordinate vendor onboarding and offboarding.
- Conduct procurement procedures and risk assessments.
- Manage access rights, software and hardware licensing.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Coordinate documentation and compliance requirements.
Requirements
Applicants should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, IT or a related quantitative field.
- 2–4+ years of relevant experience in vendor management, strategic account management, consulting, finance operations or similar areas.
- Experience with invoice reconciliation, cost tracking and financial dispute resolution.
- Experience working with compliance, risk assessment, audits or regulatory reviews.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and present actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently across multiple teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required, up to 20%.
Experience in banking, fintech or financial technology is an advantage.
