Your Responsibilities
As a Panel Beater, you may be responsible for:
- Stripping and rebuilding vehicles.
- Assessing the extent of vehicle damage and required repairs.
- Carrying out general repairs and rectification work.
- Removing, repairing and replacing damaged vehicle panels.
- Repairing dents using appropriate fillers and techniques.
- Filing, grinding and sanding vehicle bodies to restore them to their pre-accident condition.
- Refitting and aligning vehicle components.
- Realigning chassis and body frames.
- Working with fibreglass materials.
- Following appropriate repair procedures and workplace safety requirements.
- Ensuring completed work meets high-quality standards.
Requirements

- A recognised Panel Beater qualification, preferably.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Additional relevant experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications.
- Experience working with different vehicle brands and models.
