InVision Staffing is recruiting an experienced Pipe Welder (TIG) for a permanent position with a leading stainless steel piping fabrication company in Toronto, Ontario.

Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Weld stainless steel and nickel-alloy piping according to required procedures
- Fit metal components together using technical drawings
- Set up and operate welding equipment
- Perform TIG, MIG and SMAW welding
- Finish welds through grinding and cleaning
- Inspect completed welds for defects and quality
- Ensure work meets applicable ASME codes and quality standards
- Report production or equipment issues to management
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
Applicants should have:
- At least 5 years of experience welding stainless steel and nickel-alloy pipe
- Mandatory GTAW/TIG welding experience
- Experience with SMAW, FCAW and GMAW
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work day or afternoon shifts
