Key Responsibilities
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct career consultations and match candidates with suitable roles.
- Arrange interviews and prepare recruitment documents.
- Support offer negotiations.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Understand client hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.
- Work with professionals and senior-level candidates across different industries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent four-year university education.
- At least 2 years of work experience.
- Business-level English or higher.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally by email, phone and in person.
Preferred
- Sales, consulting or business development experience.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, finance, IT, legal, healthcare, supply chain, HR, accounting or related industries.
- Japanese language skills.
Salary & Commission
- ¥3.6 million–¥12.0 million annually.

Working Hours
