EY is hiring a Senior Manager / Associate Director to join its Government & Infrastructure Advisory team in Ireland.
The successful candidate will provide strategic, commercial and financial advice on major infrastructure and real estate projects across sectors including transport, energy, utilities, communications and real estate.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead infrastructure advisory assignments for public and private-sector clients.
- Provide strategic, commercial and financial advice.
- Manage projects, teams, clients and key stakeholders.
- Analyse financial information and review financial models.
- Support infrastructure procurement, financing and funding.
- Advise on PPP, contract/grant management and asset management.
- Support infrastructure M&A transactions.
- Prepare reports, presentations and business development proposals.
- Identify and escalate project risks.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Contribute to business development and new opportunities.
Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Experience in at least two of the following areas: strategic advice, business planning, procurement, financing, funding, PPPs, contract/grant management, asset management, infrastructure oversight or infrastructure M&A.
- An accountancy, corporate finance or equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience.
- A relevant degree, preferably in a numerate subject.
- Strong financial and commercial skills.
- Experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with financial modelling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and self-management abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and client management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Professional proficiency in English.
