Requirements
Applicants should generally have:
- A Diploma or Degree in Nursing
- An active nursing license in their country of residence
- Strong English-speaking ability
- Passed the NCLEX or willingness to take it
- Current acute-care experience in a hospital setting
- Ability to pass a background check
- Flexibility regarding assignment location
- Ability to work at locations based on client availability
Other nursing specialties may also be considered.

Elite365 offers TN and/or EB-3 sponsorship for eligible international nurses.
- TN Visa: Canadian citizenship is required for the TN pathway.
