Requirements
- Native-level English speaker.
- Eligible for a Japanese working visa.
- University degree from a recognized institution for visa sponsorship.
- Willing to relocate to an available location.
- Teaching or childcare experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Reliable, responsible and enthusiastic.
- Passionate about working with children.
- Strong customer-service skills.
Visa Sponsorship
Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates who have a degree from a recognized university.
The company welcomes applicants from overseas, including candidates from Africa, the Philippines, Canada, the United States, the UK, Australia and New Zealand.
What You’ll Do
- Teach English to children aged approximately 2–13.
- Deliver fun and interactive English lessons.
- Use songs, games, dancing and activities to support learning.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of students.
- Teach at multiple classroom locations each month.
- Work independently while receiving support from the head office when needed.
Training & Housing
New teachers receive a 2-week paid training program covering the company’s curriculum and teaching methods.
After training, teachers are placed at their assigned locations. Semi-furnished, single-occupancy company accommodation is available for teachers who require housing.
Work Schedule
- Approximately 3–4 lessons per day.
- Classes generally begin in the afternoon or early evening.
- Typical start times are around 3:45 PM or 5:00 PM.
- Some lessons may finish as late as 8:30 PM.
- Teachers may be required to work on Sundays.
- Teachers typically work at four different classrooms each month.
Salary & Benefits
- ¥240,000 starting monthly salary
- Annual bonus of up to ¥80,000, depending on tenure.
