Anthropic is hiring a Finance Business Partner to support its EMEA go-to-market (GTM) teams in Dublin.
The successful candidate will provide financial analysis and strategic guidance across revenue planning, sales capacity, deal strategy, marketing investments and other key business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with EMEA GTM teams on financial strategy and resource allocation.
- Build financial models and analyze business performance.
- Support revenue targets, sales capacity planning and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Identify financial trends, risks and growth opportunities.
- Work with FP&A, strategic finance and accounting teams.
- Support financial planning across international and multi-currency operations.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, business partnering, consulting, investment banking or a related field.
- Experience supporting finance operations in international or EMEA markets.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and non-finance teams.
- Familiarity with multi-entity and multi-currency environments.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
